She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University. Her academic foundation, supported by project work in automation and payroll systems, equips her with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities essential for designing measurable social interventions.
Princy has served in reputed organizations including EY Global Delivery Services India LLP, IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., the Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI), and the National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (NBFGR). Through these roles, she has gained extensive experience in governance support, technology risk management, data administration, compliance documentation, and institutional coordination-skills that directly strengthen the Foundation's programme monitoring and accountability frameworks.
With hands-on experience in Information Technology, enterprise systems, and digital infrastructure, Princy has supported projects in institutional automation and operational management. Her technical proficiency in Information Technology and database applications enables the Foundation to maintain data-driven planning, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms.
Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, Princy communicates effectively across diverse social and cultural contexts, facilitating community outreach, rights awareness, and participatory development initiatives.
