The Trust seeks to address this gap through structured, non-profit, and community-oriented interventions.

In furtherance of its charitable objects, the Trust proposes to undertake the following activities relating to breast cancer awareness:
- Conducting awareness programmes and educational sessions on breast cancer symptoms, risk factors, and early detection
- Organising community outreach programmes, seminars, and workshops for women and caregivers
- Dissemination of educational material such as brochures, visual aids, and digital content in local languages
- Facilitating screening camps and preventive health check-ups in collaboration with qualified medical professionals and recognised healthcare institutions
- Promoting awareness on self-examination practices and the importance of timely medical consultation
- Supporting counselling and guidance initiatives for patients and families, including referral support
All activities are undertaken strictly on a non-commercial and non-profit basis, with the sole intent of public benefit.

The Trust carries out / proposes to carry out its breast cancer awareness initiatives through:
- Direct implementation by the Trust
- Collaboration with hospitals, diagnostic centres, doctors, healthcare NGOs, and community organisations.
- Acting as implementing agency for various CSR eligible Corporates
- Engagement with volunteers and healthcare professionals for outreach and sensitisation programmes
- Utilisation of donations and grants solely for charitable and preventive healthcare purposes
No activity of the Trust involves any trade, commerce, or business, and there is no element of private benefit.
4. Target Beneficiaries
The primary beneficiaries of the Trust's activities include:
- Women, particularly from underprivileged and underserved communities.
- Rural and semi-urban populations with limited access to healthcare awareness
- Caregivers and families requiring guidance and support
The activities are open to the general public without discrimination based on caste, creed, religion, or community.
5. Geographical Area of Operation
The Trust presently proposes to carry out its activities primarily within the State of Tamil Nadu, and Odisha with potential expansion to other parts of India depending on resource availability and program scalability.
6. Financial Discipline and Application of Funds
The Trust ensures robust governance and financial discipline, including:
- Application of all donations and income exclusively towards charitable healthcare objectives
- Maintenance of proper books of account and transparent financial records
- No distribution of income or assets to trustees or specified persons
- Full compliance with Sections 11, 12, 12AB, and 13 of the Income-tax Act, 1961

The Trust has commenced breast cancer awareness activities and supporting documents such as photographs, reports, and programme details are enclosed.
